You will receive a CD with 1GB flash animation (windows) and we will construct the first biggest user generated screen saver.

Portable Freeware VJing workshop with The Tailor VJ

This special workshop will demonstrate the practice of VJing with any basic laptop + disk on key and/or other portable media using just free software (of all kinds).
Portable VJing is possible thanks to the abundance of freeware and open-source tools and content available on the web.
A standard disk-on-key can hold all the software and content you need in order to run a little VJ show and distribute it among your colleagues.
Participants will get a DVD with a portable freeware/Open-Source toolset that includes:
- DV sampling tool
- DVD ripping tool
- VJ Codec
- Video editing/transcoding software
- Stop Motion Editor/Compiler
- Photo editing software
- VJ footage
- VJ Sampler/Mixer
- Visual Effects collection (FreeFrame)
- Surprises
The following subjects will be covered:
- Video Mixing
- Stop motion animation creation
- Rhythm units and beat sync
- Basic system setup tips & tricks
- Video Codecs for VJs

Requirements:
- Laptop with Win32 OS + at least 1GB RAM.
- Portable Media such as a disk on key with at least 4GB free space.
- Registration before the workshop begins - limited number of participants.

- Digital stills camera and card reader
